FREE Runtime
Software License Agreement

Version: 1.2 — October 2026
Licensor: Martin Gettig, an individual residing in Pennsylvania, United States
License Fee: $3,000 USD
License Type: Non-exclusive software license

This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is the license for the FREE runtime software ("Software"). The FREE runtime asking-price sheet is the product description. Summaries of this Agreement, including summaries on that sheet and on the seller's website, are summaries. If a summary and this Agreement differ on the license grant or a restriction, this Agreement controls. The product description controls what the archive contains, how to inspect it, and what evidence was reported.

On Zero to Hundred, a completed payment forms the license in Zero to Hundred's Terms of Use. That license is non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual. The buyer may use, modify, and deploy the software for the buyer's own commercial or personal purposes, including in the buyer's own products and services. The buyer may not resell, re-list, sublicense, or redistribute the software as a product. Copyright remains with the Licensor, who may keep licensing the same software. This Agreement states what that grant means for this Software. Section 5 is the meaning of "redistribute the software as a product" for this runtime. Where a Zero to Hundred rule is mandatory, including the 24-hour report window and the 72-hour payout hold, that rule controls the transaction. The rest of this Agreement applies where it can do so consistently with that rule.

This Agreement is the seller's statement of the terms. It is not a legal opinion from a law firm. The Licensee should read it, and may have counsel read it, before purchasing.

1. Parties and definitions

Licensor means Martin Gettig, the individual offering the Software under this Agreement.

Licensee means the individual or legal entity purchasing the license. If a business purchases the license, the business — not its individual employees or owners — is the Licensee.

Software means the FREE runtime archive delivered under this Agreement, including the source code and the components identified in the product description current at the time of purchase. It does not include the Licensor's website, domain, App Store listing, credentials, private household data, model subscription, hosting, customers, revenue, or support, except where a separate written agreement expressly includes one of those.

Deliverable means the Software archive made available to the Licensee through the agreed delivery method.

Marketplace means Zero to Hundred (https://zerotohundred.ai/), unless the parties expressly agree in writing to another transaction platform.

Product description means the FREE runtime asking-price sheet current at the time of purchase.

2. License fee and payment

2.1. The fee for one non-exclusive license is $3,000 USD.

2.2. Payment shall be processed through the Marketplace unless the parties expressly agree in writing to another method.

2.3. Marketplace processing fees, payment schedules, payout holds, refund rules, chargeback procedures, and other transaction conditions imposed by the Marketplace remain subject to the Marketplace's applicable terms.

2.4. Except where a refund is required by applicable law, required by the Marketplace's applicable transaction rules, or expressly agreed to in writing by the parties, the license fee is non-refundable after the license has become effective and the Deliverable has been made available. On Zero to Hundred, the buyer has 24 hours after purchase to report a factual problem. A limitation disclosed in the listing, including a limitation stated in the product description, is not a valid report ground. After that window the sale is final under the Marketplace terms. This Agreement does not extend that window.

2.5. A limitation already stated in the product description is not a defect in the Deliverable and is not, by itself, a ground for refund. That includes the stated limits on execution-path coverage, and the absence of a penetration test, an independent security audit, a soak test, and a production certification.

2.6. The Licensor is not obligated to transfer the Deliverable before the required payment has been confirmed, except where the Marketplace requires a different sequence. The Software has no license key, activation step, or entitlement server.

3. License grant

3.1. The license becomes effective when payment has been confirmed and the Deliverable has been made available to the Licensee. The Licensor then grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software, subject to this Agreement.

3.2. The Licensee may install, run, inspect, modify, and adapt the Software on computers and infrastructure owned or controlled by the Licensee, for the Licensee's own personal or commercial purposes. People acting for the Licensee may use the Software on those machines. That use is the Licensee's use. It is not a transfer of the license, and it does not make those people separate licensees.

3.3. The Licensee may operate products and services that use the Software and may charge its own customers for those products and services.

3.4. The Licensee may make reasonable copies necessary for installation, deployment, backup, recovery, testing, and development within the permitted scope of use.

3.5. The Licensee may not transfer the license to another person or entity except with the Licensor's prior written consent.

3.6. The license does not grant ownership of the Software, its original source code, or the Licensor's intellectual property. Holding a copy of the archive does not, by itself, grant this license.

4. Copyright and intellectual property

4.1. Copyright in the Software as delivered remains with the Licensor, except for third-party components that remain with their own rights holders. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of the original Software to the Licensee.

4.2. The Licensor may license the same Software to other purchasers and may continue developing, modifying, using, or commercializing it.

4.3. The Licensee may make modifications for permitted use. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Licensor's original code or grant rights beyond those expressly stated.

4.4. Ownership of original contributions created by the Licensee, including modifications the Licensee writes, is determined by applicable copyright law and by any separate written agreement between the parties. No provision of this Agreement gives the Licensee a right to redistribute the Licensor's original Software in violation of Section 5.

4.5. The Software may contain or depend on third-party software, libraries, or components subject to their own licenses. Those components remain subject to their applicable terms. This Agreement does not replace or override those terms. Third-party packages that the product description tells the Licensee to install are not granted by this Agreement.

5. Redistribution and sublicensing restrictions

5.1. The Licensee may not sell, rent, give away, sublicense, relicense, or otherwise distribute the Software, its source code, or a substantial part of the runtime in a form that allows another party to install, modify, or operate it as an independently usable copy.

5.2. The Licensee may not distribute the archive, a fork of the Software, or the runtime source tree inside an installer, container image, virtual machine image, appliance, or other package intended to let a recipient operate the runtime independently.

5.3. The Licensee may not market or sell the Software itself, including a relabeled or minimally modified version, as a standalone software product.

5.4. The Licensee may provide products and services powered by a runtime that the Licensee operates. Customers of those products and services may use the functionality the Licensee provides. They do not receive this license, the source, or a copy of the runtime to install and operate independently.

5.5. Dependence is not delivery. If the Licensee's product calls a FREE runtime service that the Licensee operates, the Licensee is using the Software. If the Licensee distributes the runtime, or a substantial part of its code, so a recipient can run it, that is redistribution under this Agreement, even when the Licensee wraps that code in the Licensee's own software. A customer-facing interface, API, or application does not authorize that distribution.

5.6. Commercial use does not require the Licensee to hand the runtime codebase to its customers.

5.7. Any additional right to distribute, sublicense, white-label, embed for independent operation, or transfer the runtime must be set out in a separate written agreement signed by the Licensor.

6. Delivery and verification

6.1. The Licensor shall make the agreed Software archive available through the Marketplace, or through another delivery method the parties agree to in writing.

6.2. The Deliverable is the software archive identified in the product description. It does not include hosting, a managed service, the Licensor's website or domain, App Store ownership or transfer, credentials, private household data, a model subscription, or ongoing support, unless a separate written agreement expressly includes one of those.

6.3. The archive does not include the Licensor's constitution signing key. The Licensee generates that key and signs the constitution the Licensee intends to use. The key is how the process checks the constitution file. It is not a license credential. A signature that passes establishes integrity relative to the key the process reads. It does not establish that the rules are safe, that the key cannot be stolen or replaced, or that every sensitive execution path consults the policy gate. The product description states this limit.

6.4. The Licensee is responsible for supplying and maintaining the hardware, operating system, model endpoint, accounts, credentials, network configuration, dependencies, and other environment required for the Licensee's intended use.

6.5. The Licensee is responsible for inspecting the delivered archive, including by the checks in the product description, and for deciding whether the Software is suitable for the Licensee's intended purpose.

6.6. On Zero to Hundred, a report about the purchase goes through the Marketplace, and the deadline is 24 hours after purchase. Separately, if the delivered archive is materially different from the deliverable described in the product description, the Licensee may notify the Licensor in writing within five business days after the Deliverable is made available, describing the discrepancy in reasonable detail. That notice does not extend the Marketplace report window, does not by itself require a refund, and does not waive a remedy applicable law does not allow the parties to waive. A limitation already stated in the product description or the listing is not a material discrepancy.

6.7. Where a material discrepancy is verified, the Licensor shall have a reasonable opportunity to correct it by supplying a missing agreed component, correcting the discrepancy, or redelivering the agreed archive.

6.8. If a verified material discrepancy cannot reasonably be corrected, the parties shall follow any remedy required by applicable law or by the Marketplace's applicable transaction terms. This section does not exclude a remedy that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.

6.9. Delivery does not mean the Software will operate in every environment, or that it will meet a requirement the product description does not state.

7. License duration and termination

7.1. Once effective, the license continues until it is terminated under this Agreement, or until applicable law requires an end.

7.2. The Licensor may give written notice of a material breach and allow the Licensee thirty calendar days to cure it, where the breach can be cured.

7.3. If the Licensee does not cure a material breach within that period, the Licensor may terminate the license by written notice, subject to applicable law.

7.4. For a material breach that is unauthorized redistribution, sublicensing, or infringement of the Licensor's intellectual property rights, the Licensor may seek available legal or equitable remedies. Immediate termination applies only to the extent applicable law and any applicable Marketplace rules allow it.

7.5. When termination is effective, the Licensee shall stop using the Software and delete copies under the Licensee's control, except where the law requires or permits retention. The Licensee may keep a copy only to the extent reasonably necessary for a legal, regulatory, or evidentiary purpose, and may not continue to operate the Software from that copy.

7.6. Termination does not erase a payment obligation already incurred, or a right or remedy that accrued before termination.

7.7. The sections on intellectual property, redistribution, disclaimers, liability, and disputes, and any other provision that by its nature should survive, survive termination to the extent the law allows.

8. No support or ongoing services

8.1. The purchase does not include installation, custom development, consulting, maintenance, updates, hosting, monitoring, troubleshooting, or ongoing support.

8.2. Assistance after delivery requires a separate agreement that states the scope, the fee, and the schedule.

8.3. The Licensor is not obligated to provide future updates, new versions, security patches, compatibility changes, or additional features under this license.

9. Software condition and warranties

9.1. The Software is the defined archive, with the contents and the limits stated in the product description.

9.2. Reported tests, boot checks, and demonstrations in the product description describe those checks for the identified package. They are not a guarantee of complete security, continuous availability, compatibility with every environment, error-free operation, or production readiness.

9.3. To the maximum extent applicable law allows, the Software is supplied "as is" and "as available," without warranties that this Agreement does not expressly state. Where the law allows the disclaimer, that includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.4. The Licensor does not guarantee revenue, customers, business performance, savings, return on investment, uninterrupted operation, or any particular commercial result.

9.5. This Agreement does not exclude or limit a warranty, representation, remedy, or other protection that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude or limit.

10. Licensee responsibilities

10.1. The Licensee is responsible for configuring and operating the Software in a way that fits the Licensee's intended use.

10.2. The Licensee is responsible for protecting its own credentials, constitution signing key, API keys, infrastructure, customer information, and other sensitive data.

10.3. The Licensee is responsible for reviewing and setting policies, permissions, model access, scheduled jobs, and other runtime behavior before using the Software in a live environment.

10.4. The Licensee shall comply with applicable law and with third-party license terms when using or modifying the Software.

10.5. The Licensee shall make its own judgment about security, privacy, regulatory, and operational requirements before using the Software for a sensitive or production workload.

11. Limitation of liability

11.1. To the maximum extent applicable law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, or lost data, arising out of this Agreement.

11.2. To the maximum extent applicable law allows, the Licensor's total liability arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the license fee the Licensee actually paid under it.

11.3. The limits in this section do not apply to liability the law does not allow the parties to exclude or limit. They do not override a mandatory right or remedy the Licensee has under applicable law.

11.4. This Agreement does not excuse fraud or intentional misconduct where the law does not allow that liability to be excluded.

12. Governing law and disputes

12.1. Pennsylvania law governs this Agreement, without its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law requires something else.

12.2. The parties shall first try, in good faith, to resolve a dispute by written notice and a reasonable direct discussion.

12.3. If discussion does not resolve the dispute, either party may seek a remedy in a court of competent jurisdiction in Pennsylvania, subject to applicable law and to any Marketplace dispute process that is enforceable.

12.4. Either party may ask a court of competent jurisdiction for urgent interim relief where that relief is available.

13. Entire agreement and interpretation

13.1. This Agreement, the product description, the Marketplace terms that apply to the purchase, and any other written transaction terms expressly incorporated into the purchase are the agreement between the parties about this Software license.

13.2. If a Marketplace term is mandatory and conflicts with this Agreement, the Marketplace term governs to the extent the Marketplace or applicable law requires. The rest of this Agreement continues to apply where it can do so consistently.

13.3. An amendment, or any license right this Agreement does not grant, must be in writing and agreed by both parties.

13.4. If a provision cannot be enforced, it shall be limited or removed to the smallest extent necessary, and the remaining provisions stay in effect to the extent the law allows.

13.5. Not enforcing a provision once does not waive the right to enforce it later.

13.6. The Licensee may not assign this Agreement or the license without the Licensor's prior written consent, except where the law prohibits that restriction.

13.7. Purchasing on the Marketplace accepts the Marketplace's terms. This Agreement is accepted to the extent the Marketplace records acceptance of it, or the Licensee accepts it in writing. Publishing this file on the seller's website, or including it in the archive after payment, does not by itself prove the Licensee agreed to every provision before paying.

14. Acceptance

The Licensee should read this Agreement, the product description, and the Marketplace terms before purchasing.

A purchase on Zero to Hundred accepts Zero to Hundred's terms, including the license those terms form when the transaction completes. It accepts this Agreement only to the extent section 13.7 states.

The Licensee understands that the purchase is a non-exclusive right to use the Software, and that the purchase does not transfer copyright.
